दोस्तों आज महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग से RBI शिमला RO's ने cisco webex app के जरिये 2.30 pm को online meeting की , मीटिंग में बताया कि अगर आपके पास नोट पुराने या फ़टे हो तो आपको चिंता करने की ज़रूरत नहीँ।आप उनको बैंक में बदल सकते, बैंक वाले आपको नोट बदलने से मना नही कर सकते। बशर्ते आपका नोट नकली नहीं होना चाहिए और नोट पर कुछ भी लिखा नहीं होना चाहिए और आप उस बैंक के ग्राहक होने चाहिए।
अगर आपके नोट बदलने में बैंक वाले इनकार करते तो आप उसके खिलाप ऑनलाइन शिकायत कर सकते।

नियम
RBI के नोट रिफंड रूल्स-2018 के तहत बैंकों को नोट बदलना होता है. नोट के कटे हुए टुकड़े के आधार पर उसका रिफंड दिया जाता है. नियमों के मुताबिक 50 रुपये से नीचे और उससे ऊपर के नोटों के लिए रिफंड के अलग-अलग नियम हैं.
इतने पैसे मिलेंगे
50 रुपये से अधिक कीमत के नोटों को बदलने पर अगर आपके पास नोट का 80 प्रतिशत हिस्सा आपके पास है तो बैंक उसकी कीमत का पूरा रिफंड देगा. वहीं अगर नोट का 40 फीसदी से अधिक बड़ा टुकड़ा आपके पास है तो आधी कीमत मिलेगी. अगर 40 फीसदी से छोटा टुकड़ा है तो उसका कोई पैसा नहीं मिलेगा।
तो अब घबराने की ज़रूरत नहीं आप अपने कटे फ़टे नोट किसी भी बैंक में बदल सकते। और कोई मना करे तो ऑनलाइन शिकायत कर सकते। उसी बैंक में पैसे बदलवाना जिस बैंक में आपका खाता हो।

If you have 80 per cent of the note on exchange of notes worth more than Rs. 50, the bank will give a full refund of its price. On the other hand, if you have a larger piece of note than 40 per cent, you will get half the price. If there is a piece smaller than 40 per cent, it will not get any money.
